Chai benefits
The set below combines Chai’s existing plan with six new proposals designed to bring each person even closer to their community. Implementation will be validated with the first synagogues.
Notices, calendar, links, and important information from your community.
Jewish and civil dates together, with events relevant to you.
Birth, B’nei Mitzvah, marriage, remembrance, and other milestones.
Progressive notifications configured by your synagogue.
RSVP, send a message, offer support, or answer requests.
Contribute by Pix, card, or boleto, when available.
Review contributions and transaction confirmations.
Keep your details and family connections organized.
Find fellow members with individual control over what each person shares.
See services, prayer times, and Zmanim based on location.
Bring events, minyanim, and important dates into your phone calendar.
Schedule ongoing support and manage it through the app.
Register for classes, gatherings, and activities for the whole family.
Access forms, guidance, and materials shared by the synagogue.
Capabilities marked as new proposals are now part of the product exploration and still need prioritization and validation with pilot communities.
Built for both sides of the community
A mobile-first app to follow community life, receive relevant reminders, and contribute without relying on cash.
A web portal to organize people, schedule communications, and understand community responses clearly.
Jewish time at the center
Chai considers Jewish days, months, and years. It calculates the corresponding civil date for each occurrence and supports recurring reminders — including Bar and Bat Mitzvah anniversaries and Yahrzeit.
